Each session is 60 minutes.

Sessions are located in your private residence, or at your location of choice.

Group sessions are at your location of organization. Use of an outside studio space, for group sessions is not included in the group rate. See group sessions for rates.

Special Discount:

After 10 sessions in one calendar year (January – December) the rate per session is reduced for the remainder of the calendar year.
